Toronto Lester B. Pearson International Airport
Toronto Lester B. Pearson International Airport, Canada - ADC, as the 73% majority shareholder in a joint venture with Lockheed Air Terminals Services Inc., was the concessionaire, developer and operator of the $600 million Terminal 3 at Toronto's Lester B. Pearson International Airport. This project was the first of its kind in the Americas. This dual pier configuration terminal with 29 gates was designed to process 7 million passengers annually, and includes a 500-room, luxury, four-star hotel facility and a 3,300-space parking structure. The concession commenced in 1988. The ownership and management of the terminal was transferred to the Greater Toronto Airport Authority in 1997.
